1. Objet
Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après "CGU") ont pour objet de définir les modalités et conditions d'utilisation de l'application mobile "Ma Journée" (ci-après "l'Application").
L'Application est un outil d'organisation et de productivité personnelle : gestion de tâches, notes et planning, révisions par fiches (SRS), complétés par diverses fonctionnalités optionnelles (intégrations Google, assistant IA local, synchronisation entre appareils, etc.). Le détail des fonctionnalités et de leurs implications en matière de données figure dans la Politique de confidentialité. De nouvelles fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées dans les versions ultérieures.
2. Acceptation des CGU
L'utilisation de l'Application implique l'acceptation pleine et entière des présentes CGU. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, vous devez cesser immédiatement l'utilisation de l'Application.
En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'Application, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté l'intégralité des présentes CGU.
3. Accès à l'Application
3.1. Disponibilité
Les présentes CGU s'appliquent à l'Application, ainsi qu'à l'application web majournee.com et à l'application de bureau, décrites en section 13.
L'Application mobile est accessible gratuitement à toute personne disposant d'un appareil compatible Android et d'une connexion internet (uniquement pour les fonctionnalités optionnelles).
L'Application fonctionne en mode "hors ligne d'abord". La majorité des fonctionnalités sont disponibles sans connexion internet.
3.2. Prérequis techniques
L'utilisation de l'Application nécessite :
- Un appareil mobile sous Android 10 ou supérieur (minSdk 29)
- Un espace de stockage suffisant sur votre appareil
- Une connexion internet, uniquement pour les fonctionnalités optionnelles qui en dépendent (intégrations Google, météo, téléchargement du modèle IA, etc.)
3.3. Modèle économique et Soutien (Pourboires)
L'Application est entièrement gratuite, sans publicité et toutes ses fonctionnalités sont accessibles sans restriction.
Elle intègre un système de soutien volontaire facultatif ("pourboires") via le service de facturation Google Play (In-App Purchases). Ces paiements :
- Sont considérés comme des achats de biens numériques symboliques destinés à soutenir le développement.
- Ne débloquent aucune fonctionnalité supplémentaire (ce n'est pas un modèle "Freemium").
- Ne sont pas assimilables à des dons caritatifs et n'ouvrent droit à aucune déduction fiscale.
- Constituent un versement ponctuel, volontaire et définitif : JujuForge ne procède à aucun remboursement direct.
- Sont conclus via Google Play, Google étant le vendeur officiel pour les utilisateurs de l'Union européenne : les demandes de remboursement relèvent exclusivement des conditions et procédures de la plateforme Google Play.
Droit de rétractation : Conformément à l'article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation de 14 jours ne s'applique pas aux contenus numériques dont l'exécution a commencé avec votre accord exprès avant l'expiration du délai de rétractation. En procédant à un achat in-app, vous reconnaissez expressément renoncer à votre droit de rétractation.
4. Utilisation de l'Application
4.1. Compte utilisateur
L'Application ne nécessite pas de création de compte pour son utilisation de base. Un compte Google peut être connecté de manière optionnelle pour activer les fonctionnalités de sauvegarde cloud et d'agenda.
4.2. Responsabilités de l'utilisateur
Vous vous engagez à :
- Utiliser l'Application de manière conforme à sa destination
- Ne pas tenter de contourner les mesures de sécurité de l'Application
- Ne pas procéder à des opérations de reverse engineering, décompilation ou désassemblage de l'Application
- Respecter les droits de propriété intellectuelle relatifs à l'Application
- Effectuer régulièrement des sauvegardes de vos données via les fonctionnalités d'export
4.3. Usage interdit
Il est strictement interdit de :
- Utiliser l'Application à des fins illégales ou frauduleuses
- Tenter d'introduire des virus ou tout autre code malveillant
- Modifier, adapter ou créer des œuvres dérivées de l'Application
- Redistribuer, revendre ou louer l'Application
4.4. Avis publics
L'Application permet de soumettre un avis public (note et commentaire facultatif), publié sur jujuforge.fr. En soumettant un avis, vous confirmez qu'il reflète une expérience réelle d'utilisation de l'Application. Vous vous engagez à ne pas publier de contenu :
- Illégal
- Contenant des données personnelles d'un tiers (nom, coordonnées)
- À caractère harcelant, haineux ou diffamatoire
- Publicitaire, frauduleux ou trompeur (faux avis, liens, spam)
Un avis contraire à ces règles peut être retiré sans préavis. La note et le contenu d'un avis honnête, y compris négatif, ne constituent jamais un motif de retrait. Vous pouvez également demander le retrait d'un avis que vous avez publié en écrivant à contact@jujuforge.fr en le décrivant (date, contenu) ; la vérification se fait de bonne foi, aucun compte n'étant associé aux avis.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
5.1. Droits sur l'Application
L'Application, son code source, son design, son interface, son logo et tous les éléments qui la composent sont la propriété exclusive de Julien Dupuis.
Tous droits de propriété intellectuelle (droits d'auteur, marques, brevets) relatifs à l'Application sont réservés.
5.2. Licence d'utilisation
Nous vous accordons une licence personnelle, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable d'utilisation de l'Application pour votre usage personnel uniquement.
5.3. Vos données
Vous conservez tous les droits sur les données que vous créez ou stockez dans l'Application (tâches, objectifs, bilans, etc.). Ces données vous appartiennent.
6. Responsabilités et garanties
6.1. Fonctionnement de l'Application
L'Application fonctionne de manière autonome sur votre appareil une fois installée : aucun serveur externe n'est nécessaire pour son fonctionnement de base.
Les mises à jour de l'Application sont disponibles via le Google Play Store et restent optionnelles. Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser l'Application même sans les installer.
Certaines fonctionnalités optionnelles font exception à ce fonctionnement purement local :
- Fonctionnalités en ligne (intégrations Google, téléchargement du modèle IA, météo, etc.) : nécessitent une connexion internet et dépendent de la disponibilité des services concernés
- Synchronisation P2P Wi-Fi et serveur MCP local (désactivés par défaut) : fonctionnent sur votre réseau local, sans serveur externe
- Accès distant (application web, synchronisation via Internet, désactivé par défaut) : transite par le relay Cloudflare mcp.majournee.com, sans que le contenu soit lisible par JujuForge (voir Politique de confidentialité)
6.2. Limitation de responsabilité
Important : L'Application est mise à votre disposition telle quelle. Nous ne garantissons pas qu'elle sera exempte de bugs ou qu'elle fonctionnera parfaitement dans toutes les situations. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir une expérience de qualité, mais des erreurs peuvent survenir.
Nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables :
- Des dommages directs ou indirects résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser l'Application
- De la perte de données en cas de dysfonctionnement de votre appareil, de suppression de l'Application ou de tout autre événement indépendant de notre volonté
- Des dysfonctionnements liés à votre équipement, votre connexion internet ou à des services tiers (Google, etc.)
- De l'utilisation que vous faites de l'Application et des décisions que vous prenez sur la base des informations qu'elle contient
6.3. Services tiers
L'Application peut intégrer des services tiers. Ces services sont soumis à leurs propres conditions d'utilisation et politiques de confidentialité. Nous ne sommes pas responsables du fonctionnement de ces services externes.
- Google Drive / Google Agenda : sauvegarde cloud et synchronisation agenda (optionnels)
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim / Overpass API) : recherche de lieux géolocalisés (optionnel)
- OpenFreeMap : fond de carte pour l'aperçu de la position des lieux (optionnel)
- HuggingFace : téléchargement du modèle d'intelligence artificielle locale (optionnel, téléchargement unique)
- Open-Meteo : prévisions météo (optionnel)
- Météo-Ciel (meteociel.fr) : radar de précipitations en direct, ouvert dans le navigateur depuis le module Météo (optionnel)
- Université Clermont Auvergne : serveur de messagerie universitaire (optionnel)
- Sites des CROUS / OpenDataSoft : menus des restaurants universitaires et calendriers scolaires (optionnels)
- Sites des flux RSS configurés : récupération des articles et de leurs images depuis les sites dont vous ajoutez l'adresse au module Flux RSS (optionnel)
- Moteur de reconnaissance vocale du système (généralement Google Speech) : saisie vocale dans les notes (optionnel)
- Cloudflare (relay mcp.majournee.com) : accès distant optionnel au serveur MCP, synchronisation Wi-Fi via Internet et application web (optionnel, voir 6.1)
- Cloudflare R2 (dl.majournee.com) : distribution et mise à jour de l'application de bureau (voir 13.5)
- Google Play Services / ML Kit : lecture des QR codes et reconnaissance de texte, exécutées sur l'appareil (optionnel)
- Google Play Billing : système de soutien volontaire (pourboires), voir 3.3 (optionnel)
- Google Play : proposition et téléchargement des mises à jour depuis l'Application
- GitHub, Inc. : espace communautaire de propositions et de votes, ouvert dans votre navigateur depuis les Paramètres (optionnel)
7. Données personnelles
Le traitement de vos données personnelles est régi par notre Politique de confidentialité, qui fait partie intégrante des présentes CGU.
Pour résumer :
- Par défaut, l'Application ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle et fonctionne entièrement en local
- Les fonctionnalités optionnelles que vous activez (services Google, météo, synchronisation, mails universitaires, etc.) impliquent les échanges de données décrits dans la Politique de confidentialité
- Vous gardez le contrôle total de vos informations
8. Modifications de l'Application
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, améliorer ou arrêter l'Application (en tout ou en partie) à tout moment, sans préavis.
Les mises à jour de l'Application peuvent ajouter, modifier ou supprimer des fonctionnalités. Vous pouvez choisir de ne pas installer ces mises à jour, mais certaines fonctionnalités peuvent alors ne plus être disponibles.
9. Modifications des CGU
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. En cas de modification substantielle, nous vous en informerons via l'Application.
La poursuite de l'utilisation de l'Application après modification des CGU vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions.
Nous vous recommandons de consulter régulièrement cette page pour prendre connaissance des éventuelles modifications.
10. Résiliation
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser l'Application à tout moment en la désinstallant de votre appareil.
En cas de violation des présentes CGU, JujuForge se réserve le droit d'engager toute action judiciaire appropriée.
11. Droit applicable et juridiction compétente
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français.
En cas de litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes CGU, et à défaut d'accord amiable, les tribunaux français seront compétents, sans préjudice des règles protectrices du consommateur.
Les achats in-app étant conclus via Google Play, Google étant le vendeur officiel pour les utilisateurs de l'Union européenne, les litiges relatifs à ces achats relèvent des procédures de réclamation et de remboursement de Google Play.
12. Site web jujuforge.fr
Le site web jujuforge.fr est fourni à titre purement informatif. Son contenu (textes, visuels, logo) est la propriété exclusive de Julien Dupuis et est protégé par le droit d'auteur. Toute reproduction, même partielle, est interdite sans autorisation écrite préalable.
JujuForge ne garantit pas l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité ou l'actualité des informations publiées sur le site et se réserve le droit d'en modifier le contenu à tout moment, sans préavis.
13. Application web majournee.com
L'application web majournee.com est un compagnon navigateur de l'Application Android, actuellement distribué en version bêta.
13.1. Prérequis
- L'application Ma Journée Android avec le serveur MCP activé dans les Paramètres
- Certaines fonctionnalités nécessitent une version minimale de l'application Android, précisée fonctionnalité par fonctionnalité dans le changelog de l'application web
13.2. Accès et authentification
La connexion s'effectue au moyen du jeton MCP généré par l'application Android, saisi manuellement ou transmis par QR code. Une session est ensuite créée côté relay (cookie mj_session, durée maximale 30 jours, révocable à la déconnexion ou depuis l'application Android). La confidentialité du jeton est de votre responsabilité ; il peut être régénéré depuis les Paramètres Android.
13.3. Données locales
L'application web stocke ses données dans votre navigateur (localStorage). Un identifiant de session est par ailleurs conservé sur le relay Cloudflare le temps de la session (voir Politique de confidentialité). Aucune donnée n'est partagée avec des tiers.
13.4. Statut bêta et limitations
L'application web est fournie en accès bêta. JujuForge ne garantit pas la continuité du service. Les fonctionnalités disponibles sont un sous-ensemble de l'Application Android. JujuForge se réserve le droit de modifier ou d'interrompre ce service à tout moment.
13.5. Application de bureau
L'application de bureau « Ma Journée » (Linux/Windows) est un client léger affichant l'application web majournee.com : les présentes conditions relatives à l'application web s'y appliquent à l'identique. Elle est distribuée en dehors du Google Play Store, via dl.majournee.com.
Les mises à jour automatiques sont signées cryptographiquement et vérifiées avant installation ; en installant l'application, vous acceptez qu'elle vérifie périodiquement leur disponibilité. Elle propose des fonctionnalités locales facultatives (notifications système, réduction dans la barre système, démarrage automatique de session) que vous pouvez désactiver depuis les Paramètres. Elle est fournie en version bêta, avec les mêmes limitations qu'au 13.4.

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") define the terms and conditions for using the mobile application "Ma Journée" (hereinafter "the Application").
The Application is a personal organization and productivity tool: task, note and planner management, flashcard-based revision (SRS), complemented by various optional features (Google integrations, local AI assistant, synchronisation between devices, etc.). Details of the features and their data implications are provided in the Privacy Policy. New features may be added in future versions.
2. Acceptance of the ToU
Using the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these ToU. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately stop using the Application.
By downloading, installing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these ToU in their entirety.
3. Access to the Application
3.1. Availability
These ToU apply to the Application, as well as to the web application majournee.com and the desktop application, described in section 13.
The mobile Application is available free of charge to anyone with a compatible Android device and an internet connection (only for optional features).
The Application operates in "offline-first" mode. Most features are available without an internet connection.
3.2. Technical Requirements
Using the Application requires:
- A mobile device running Android 10 or higher (minSdk 29)
- Sufficient storage space on your device
- An internet connection, only for the optional features that depend on it (Google integrations, weather, AI model download, etc.)
3.3. Business Model and Support (Tips)
The Application is entirely free, ad-free, and all its features are accessible without restriction.
It includes an optional voluntary support system ("tips") via the Google Play billing service (In-App Purchases). These payments:
- Are considered as purchases of symbolic digital goods intended to support development.
- Do not unlock any additional features (it is not a "Freemium" model).
- Are not equivalent to charitable donations and do not entitle you to any tax deduction.
- Constitute a one-time, voluntary and final payment: JujuForge does not issue any direct refunds.
- Are concluded via Google Play, Google being the official seller for European Union users: refund requests are handled exclusively under the terms and procedures of the Google Play platform.
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. By making an in-app purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
4. Use of the Application
4.1. User Account
The Application does not require creating an account for basic use. A Google account can be connected optionally to activate cloud backup and calendar features.
4.2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent the Application's security measures
- Not perform reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly operations on the Application
- Respect the intellectual property rights related to the Application
- Regularly back up your data using the export features
4.3. Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use the Application for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to introduce viruses or any other malicious code
- Modify, adapt or create derivative works of the Application
- Redistribute, resell or rent the Application
4.4. Public Reviews
The Application allows you to submit a public review (rating and optional comment), published on jujuforge.fr. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects a genuine experience of using the Application. You agree not to publish content that is:
- Illegal
- Containing a third party's personal data (name, contact details)
- Harassing, hateful or defamatory
- Advertising, fraudulent or misleading (fake reviews, links, spam)
A review that violates these rules may be removed without notice. The rating and content of an honest review, including a negative one, is never a ground for removal. You may also request the removal of a review you have published by writing to contact@jujuforge.fr and describing it (date, content); verification is made in good faith, as no account is associated with reviews.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Rights over the Application
The Application, its source code, design, interface, logo and all its components are the exclusive property of Julien Dupuis.
All intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents) related to the Application are reserved.
5.2. License of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Application for your personal use only.
5.3. Your Data
You retain all rights over the data you create or store in the Application (tasks, daily objectives, reviews, etc.). This data belongs to you.
6. Liability and Warranties
6.1. Application Operation
The Application operates autonomously on your device once installed: no external server is required for its basic operation.
Application updates are available via the Google Play Store and remain optional. You can continue to use the Application even without installing them.
Certain optional features are exceptions to this purely local operation:
- Online features (Google integrations, AI model download, weather, etc.): require an internet connection and depend on the availability of the relevant services
- Wi-Fi P2P synchronisation and local MCP server (disabled by default): operate on your local network, without any external server
- Remote access (web application, Internet synchronisation, disabled by default): transits through the Cloudflare relay mcp.majournee.com, without the content being readable by JujuForge (see Privacy Policy)
6.2. Limitation of Liability
Important: The Application is provided to you as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be free of bugs or that it will work perfectly in all situations. We do our best to offer a quality experience, but errors may occur.
We cannot be held liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application
- Data loss due to malfunction of your device, uninstallation of the Application or any other event beyond our control
- Malfunctions related to your equipment, internet connection or third-party services (Google, etc.)
- Your use of the Application and decisions you make based on the information it contains
6.3. Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate third-party services. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation of these external services.
- Google Drive / Google Calendar: cloud backup and calendar sync (optional)
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim / Overpass API): geolocated place search (optional)
- OpenFreeMap: base map for the place position preview (optional)
- HuggingFace: local AI model download (optional, one-time download)
- Open-Meteo: weather forecasts (optional)
- Météo-Ciel (meteociel.fr): live precipitation radar, opened in the browser from the Weather module (optional)
- Université Clermont Auvergne: university mail server (optional)
- CROUS websites / OpenDataSoft: university restaurant menus and school calendars (optional)
- Websites of configured RSS feeds: retrieval of articles and their images from the sites whose address you add to the RSS Feeds module (optional)
- System speech recognition engine (typically Google Speech): voice input in notes (optional)
- Cloudflare (mcp.majournee.com relay): optional remote access to the MCP server, Wi-Fi synchronisation over the Internet and web application (optional, see 6.1)
- Cloudflare R2 (dl.majournee.com): distribution and updating of the desktop application (see 13.5)
- Google Play Services / ML Kit: QR code reading and text recognition, performed on the device (optional)
- Google Play Billing: voluntary support system (tips), see 3.3 (optional)
- Google Play: offering and downloading updates from within the Application
- GitHub, Inc.: community space for suggestions and votes, opened in your browser from Settings (optional)
7. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToU.
In summary:
- By default, the Application does not collect any personal data and operates entirely locally
- The optional features you activate (Google services, weather, synchronisation, university email, etc.) involve the data exchanges described in the Privacy Policy
- You retain full control of your information
8. Changes to the Application
We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue the Application (in whole or in part) at any time, without notice.
Application updates may add, modify or remove features. You may choose not to install these updates, but some features may then no longer be available.
9. Changes to the ToU
We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time. In the event of a substantial modification, we will notify you via the Application.
Continued use of the Application after modification of the ToU constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
We recommend that you regularly consult this page to be informed of any changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
In the event of a breach of these ToU, JujuForge reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these ToU, and failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
As in-app purchases are concluded via Google Play, Google being the official seller for European Union users, disputes relating to these purchases are handled under Google Play's complaint and refund procedures.
12. Website jujuforge.fr
The website jujuforge.fr is provided for informational purposes only. Its content (text, visuals, logo) is the exclusive property of Julien Dupuis and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
JujuForge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the website and reserves the right to modify its content at any time, without notice.
13. Web application majournee.com
The web application majournee.com is a browser companion to the Android Application, currently distributed as a beta.
13.1. Requirements
- The Ma Journée Android application with the MCP server enabled in Settings
- Some features require a minimum version of the Android application, specified feature by feature in the web application's changelog
13.2. Access and authentication
Login is performed using the MCP token generated by the Android application, entered manually or transmitted via QR code. A session is then created on the relay side (mj_session cookie, maximum duration 30 days, revocable on logout or from the Android application). You are responsible for keeping the token confidential; it can be regenerated from the Android Settings.
13.3. Local data
The web application stores its data in your browser (localStorage). A session identifier is also kept on the Cloudflare relay for the duration of the session (see Privacy Policy). No data is shared with third parties.
13.4. Beta status and limitations
The web application is provided as a beta. JujuForge does not guarantee service continuity. Available features are a subset of the Android Application. JujuForge reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time.
13.5. Desktop application
The "Ma Journée" desktop application (Linux/Windows) is a lightweight client displaying the web application majournee.com: the present terms relating to the web application apply to it identically. It is distributed outside the Google Play Store, via dl.majournee.com.
Automatic updates are cryptographically signed and verified before installation; by installing the application, you accept that it periodically checks for their availability. It offers optional local features (system notifications, minimising to the system tray, automatic startup at session launch) that you can disable from Settings. It is provided as a beta, with the same limitations as in 13.4.
